Vic Kaila

Vic Kaila currently serves as the HCM Regional Sales Manager for North America at Bradken, a leading global foundry and engineering group under Hitachi Construction Machinery. Since November 2017, Vic has specialized in providing expert solutions for mining clients utilizing hydraulic and electric shovels, with a focus on Crawler Systems, Mining Class Buckets, and GET. Prior to Bradken, Vic held significant roles in sales and account management at Titan Supply, where the emphasis was on customized rigging solutions for the oil sands industry, and at TELUS Communications, where Vic managed communication technology solutions for various sectors including oil & gas and construction. Vic's educational background includes a degree in Marketing from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
