Location: Delray Beach, FL

In this CMO role, you’ll have the opportunity to work very closely with our founder and a successful entrepreneur (Dan Gilbert) with a deep passion for standout B2B marketing, with a particular focus on Social and Content. With no limitation on what’s possible, you’ll get to push the boundaries of B2B marketing, figure out what works and have some fun along the way. You’ll get to recruit a small team and work with some of the world’s leading marketing experts. Oh, and did we mention the role is based in sunny, stunning Delray Beach, Florida?!

What you'll do

  • Make Brainlabs famous!
  • Define and refine our GTM and product / proposition
  • Work with 50+ experts (and 1,000+ Brainlabbers) in the business to support them in creating thumbstopping, value-add content
  • Devise and run new cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Work with external PR and Brand agencies to amplify presence

Who you are

  • Obsessed with creative B2B content that actually stands out (and works)
  • 7+ years experience with Social Media - a curious student of every single detail of what makes something work in feeds
  • Someone with a demonstrated track record of building a significant Linkedin audience ( for yourself or in support of others)
  • A driver, someone who makes things happen, especially video-rich content
  • An enthusiastic, can-do individual who loves breaking new barriers and working in winning teams
  • Able to quote Dave Gerhardt's 'Founder Brand' cover to cover :)

  • Grow audiences and content production against agreed metrics 
  • Get good at linking marketing activity back to revenue - although not everything good can be measured!
