Rod Guanche

Rod Guanche is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the roofing industry. Currently serving as Director of Sales at Brava Roof Tile since September 2025, Rod previously held the same title at Boral Roofing from February 2012 to September 2025, in addition to roles as Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager. Earlier experience includes a Sales Manager position at Polyfoam Products, a 3M Company, and various sales representative roles at Polyfoam Products, demonstrating expertise in sales across multiple regions, including Miami-Dade and South Florida's West Coast.
