Duncan Thomas

Based in Sydney, Duncan has over 20 years of business and human capital experience, including an extensive track record building and implementing people strategies across multiple markets in tech. Before joining Bravura, Duncan spent three years as Chief People Officer of FujiFilm Business Innovation (formerly Fuji Xerox). Prior to this, he spent eight years based in New York, working in senior global HR and talent management roles with Pearson Education and American Express.

Duncan has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the University of Technology, Sydney, and is an established leader in the Australian HR space. He currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Australian CHRO Forum and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. As an industry leader, Duncan will be invaluable to Bravura as they undertake transformation and other important people initiatives.
