Sokhoeun Malinowski

Sokhoeun Malinowski, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Sokhoeun currently holds the position of Director of Talent Development & Engagement at Cogeco Inc. Prior to their current role, Sokhoeun served as the Director of Learning and Cultural Transformation at Breezeline. Before that, they were a Principal Learning and Development Specialist at PTC.

Sokhoeun's previous experience includes being the Manager of Learning and Development US at Primark and working in various roles at Kohl's Department Stores, including Territory Talent Advisor and Territory Learning Analyst. Sokhoeun also worked as an Assistant Store Manager - Merchandising during their time at Kohl's.
