Ryan Loh is the Chief Legal Officer at Brex. Ryan has extensive experience in legal, privacy, and compliance matters, and has a proven track record in leading and managing teams. Ryan was previously the Head of Legal at Houzz, where they were responsible for all things legal, privacy, and compliance. Ryan was also Houzz's first Chief Privacy Officer from 2015-2018, and led teams responsible for achieving GDPR & CCPA compliance, implementing Houzz's California AG settlement, as well as building Houzz's first dedicated information security function. From 2017-2019, they also managed Houzz's strategic partnerships team responsible for business and corporate development. Major deals include Houzz's acquisition of SaaS platform Ivy, strategic partnership & investment by the Times of India, launching Houzz branded credit cards with Alliance Data, and negotiating all deals for celebrity TV show My Houzz.
Ryan Loh studied at the Math Science, and Technology Center of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. Ryan then went on to Northwestern University for their undergraduate degree, and finally completed their education at the University of Michigan Law School with a J.D.
