Kristen McGowan

Kristen McGowan currently serves as Chief of Staff and previously held the position of Director of Business Planning & Analytics-Sourcing at Bridgewater Associates since April 2015. Prior to this role, Kristen worked at PepsiCo as an Associate Manager in the Global Procurement Center of Excellence for Fruit & Vegetables, overseeing the supply chain for various beverage brands. Kristen's earlier experience includes positions such as Commodity Manager for Electronics, Buyer for Composites, and Buyer for Electronics at Sikorsky Aircraft, as well as a Supply Chain Management internship at United Technologies. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Literature and Sociology from Bucknell University and an MBA in International Operations from Rensselaer at Work. Additionally, Kristen graduated from The Ethel Walker School with a high school diploma.
