Phil Barr

Phil Barr currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Bright Horizons since July 2025. Prior to this role, Phil held various senior leadership positions at Point32Health as EVP & President of Markets, and at Gateway Health, where responsibilities included SVP, Chief Growth Officer, SVP, Chief Strategy Officer & Interim Chief Financial Officer, and VP, Chief Strategy Officer. Earlier in the career, Phil was VP of Growth at Clover Health and VP of Network Management at CareCentrix. Phil earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Finance from Barrett, The Honors College.
