Najid Fethallah

Najid Fethallah has extensive experience in traffic planning, forecasting, data analysis, and Salesforce administration, currently serving at Bright River since February 2006, a company specializing in image and video editing services. Previous roles include Marketing & Service Cloud Manager, where responsibilities involved service cloud implementation, online marketing, and partner administration, as well as IT & Support Executive, managing support calls and production team delegations. Najid also has a background as a Marketing Intern, developing strategic marketing plans, and gained early experience as an Assistant Account Manager at Scientific Volume Imaging B.V. and a Videoclerk at Entertainment Retail Group. Najid holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Languages from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and Universitat d'Alacant, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Comenius Lyceum.
