Rayna McGinley

Rayna McGinley, MA, currently serves as a Learning and Development Advisor at Brighthouse Financial since June 2018, where responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert and consultant, managing business relationships, and advising on training solutions and measurements. Previously, Rayna held the role of Enterprise Learning & Development Specialist, designing corporate training programs and overseeing the Learning Management System. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and various HR and operations roles at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, IntegraMed, Inc., Loma Linda University Medical Center, and Hambleton District Council. Rayna earned a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from New York University.
