Jennifer Samproni

Jennifer Samproni serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Global Engineering for Health Solutions at Flex, leading a team of around 650 professionals and overseeing technology and product development strategies with full P&L ownership. Additionally, Jennifer holds the position of Board Observer at BrightInsight, focusing on advancing regulated digital health solutions for biopharma and medtech sectors. Previously, Jennifer was the Vice President and Head of Global R&D for Critical Care Systems at Siemens Healthineers, responsible for all R&D aspects throughout the product lifecycle. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Development Manager at Danaher Corporation, where Jennifer led product development for electrochemical biosensors and in vitro diagnostic instruments.
