Emma Cooper-Mullin is the Senior Director of Marketing at Brightseed, a biotech startup that has raised $120 million to discover hidden health benefits in plants. Emma was the first commercial hire for the company and has built the marketing and communications team, created the brand identity, and developed the value proposition.

Prior to joining Brightseed, Emma was an Associate Partner at TwentyFirstCenturyBrand, where they were the client lead for Uber in the run-up to their IPO. Emma also spent three years at Egg Strategy as the Director of Strategy & Innovation, where they were the client lead for Amazon, Ancestry, Nestle, AB InBev, MolsonCoors, Tyson, and Kruger. Emma began their career as a Senior Associate Consultant at Prophet, where they were the project lead for Gatorade, Grupo Lala, PNC Bank, Libbey, MD Anderson, and Tivity Health. Emma began their career in 2007 as an Assistant Manager of Client Services at Cambridge Associates.

Emma Cooper-Mullin has a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management with a focus in management and strategy, as well as marketing. Emma also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College in political science and government.

They work with Sofia Elizondo - Co-Founder and COO, Rhonda Lesinski-Woolf - General Manager, and Carol Lynn Berseth - Medical and Scientific Affairs. Emma Cooper-Mullin reports to Jim Flatt, Co-Founder and CEO.
