Amber Siders

Amber Siders, MBA, is the Executive Director at ResCare Community Living, where they oversee operations in the mental health care industry. With previous roles as a Behavior Support Professional and Area Supervisor, Amber has developed strong skills in creating Positive Behavior Support Plans and managing residential staffing. Prior to their tenure at ResCare, Amber served as a Teacher I at William R. Sharpe Jr. Hospital, facilitating therapeutic groups to aid individuals with mental illness in communication and expression. Amber holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Salem University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Alderson Broaddus University.
