Jack Negro

Jack Negro is the current Chief Financial Officer at Brightstar. Prior to this, they served as EVP, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at Brightstar Corp., a subsidiary of SoftBank. Jack has also served as Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Reporting (Corporate FP&A | Finance Transformation) at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., and as Manager, Corporate FP&A, Treasury, and M&A (BrightPoint, Inc.) at Ingram Micro. Jack began their career as a Risk Management Consultant at Marsh McLennan in 2000 before moving to Simon Property Group in 2002 where they served as Manager, Treasury & Capital Markets until 2008.

Jack Negro has a Master's in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Jack also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Butler University. Jack is certified as a Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association for Financial Professionals and as a Certified Hyperion Planning Administrator from Oracle.

Jack Negro reports to Rod Millar, Chief Executive Officer. They work with and Ray Roman - Chief Commercial Officer & Global President, Device Protection.
