Daniel Blanco is currently the Head of Support at brightwheel. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Operations at Schoology, where they oversaw Client Success, Revenue Operations, Support, and Knowledge Management. Before Schoology, Daniel worked at American Express for nine years, where they were the Senior Manager of Digital & Social Servicing Customer Experience. In this role, they delivered customer service experience capabilities supporting a rewards program with millions of customers, achieved significant annual call savings by guiding team of designers and engineers in the development of the 1-855-PLENTI1 voice response system, formulated Social servicing strategy and supervised team of agents to manage social media posts since launch, and reduced operating costs and improved customer satisfaction with a series of analytics-driven customer experience enhancements.

Daniel Blanco has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from NYU Stern School of Business in International Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from University of California, Los Angeles in Business/Managerial Economics.
