Erica Sleeman

Erica Sleeman currently serves as the Regional Director of Quality Assurance at Bristol Hospice since February 2024, previously holding the position of Director of Patient Care Services. Prior to this role, Erica worked at Agrace from October 2018 to January 2024 as both Practice Manager and Registered Nurse. Erica's nursing career began at Easterseals, where responsibilities included Registered Nurse and Assistant roles from June 2014 to August 2018. Educationally, Erica earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Capella University between 2017 and 2018, following an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Madison Area Technical College from 2012 to 2016, and completed high school at Poynette High School in 2011.
