Liliana M.

Liliana M. currently serves as Manager of CAR T-Cell Manufacturing at Bristol Myers Squibb, having progressed from roles including Interim Manager, Manufacturing Team Lead, and Manufacturing Associate since joining in July 2020. Liliana's work focuses on CAR T-Cell Therapy, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMPs in a Cleanroom environment. Prior to this, Liliana was an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Rowan University, specializing in organic and pharmaceutical drug synthesis, and also held the position of Assistant Resident Director, managing resident staff and administrative tasks. Earlier experience includes serving as a Translator/Secretary at an optometry office. Liliana holds a Master of Business and Science in Personal Care/Cosmetic Chemistry from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Rowan University, complemented by a certification in the Spanish language.
