Masahiro Kimura

Masahiro Kimura is currently the Executive Director and head of Clinical Development at Bristol Myers Squibb, overseeing R&D project strategies across multiple therapeutic areas with a span of control of around 80 personnel. Previously, they held various leadership positions at AstraZeneca and The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, focusing on clinical research and project management. Masahiro also served as an Academic Research Fellow at the University of Tokyo and worked as a Stock Rating Analyst at Ichiyoshi Research Institute. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at International Christian University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Physiology at The University of Tokyo.
