They have a strong background in quality control operations, GMP compliance, and team leadership, managing diverse teams of over 45 professionals. Wendy has successfully implemented training programs, enhanced operational efficiencies, and managed regulatory inspections, showcasing a commitment to continuous improvement. They hold a Master’s degree in Life Science & Technology from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s degree from Technische Universiteit Delft.
