Adrian Bartliff

Adrian Bartliff serves as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management & Analytics at Brit Insurance since September 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing the risk management framework and communicating risks to senior management and the Board. Adrian is the owner of Brit's validation and Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) processes and plays a key role in major initiatives, such as the development of third-party capital reinsurance vehicles and revisions to the business plan post-2017 hurricanes. Previously, as Head of Capital Modelling at Brit, Adrian contributed significantly to the Solvency II Internal Model's build and regulatory approval after joining as a Capital Modelling Actuary in 2012. Prior experience also includes an actuarial consultant role at PwC UK from September 2007 to September 2010, focusing on reserving for Lloyd's syndicates and managing various projects. Adrian holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Warwick, earned between 2004 and 2007.
