Kwanele Sibiya

Kwanele Sibiya has extensive experience in systems analysis and IT support, currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at Britehouse since October 2015, where responsibilities include user query resolution, IT service management, third-line support, and engaging with software vendors for product improvements. At Dimension Data, in the role of Systems Support Engineer since January 2014, Kwanele has contributed to client support, system health checks, and change management processes. Previous experience includes serving as a Business Systems Analyst at Eskom Holdings, focusing on user queries and application support, and as an IT Technician at Thusanani Consulting, providing IT maintenance and customer service. Kwanele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Zululand, completed in 2010.
