Tom Wright MRAeS is currently a Technical Team Leader at British Airways, specializing in the A350. Previously, they held roles at British Airways as a Senior Technical Engineer and Technical Engineer for the A350 and A320, respectively. Tom began their career as a Stress Engineer at Cascade Aerospace Engineering Ltd, where they contributed to notable projects such as the Airbus A350XWB. Their engineering journey also includes experience at Atkins as an Assistant Engineer and Graduate Engineer, where they managed various technical responsibilities for the aerospace sector. Tom earned a First Class MEng in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Wales, Swansea, and is pursuing a Level 3 qualification in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
