Stepan Michlicek

Stepan Michlicek is a seasoned executive in the tobacco industry with extensive experience at British American Tobacco (BAT) since October 2008. Currently serving as General Manager for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary Cluster, Stepan has held various leadership positions, including Marketing & Sales Director for Northern Central Europe and Poland, with overall responsibilities for marketing strategies and execution across multiple regions. Prior to BAT, Stepan was the General Manager for the Czech and Slovakia at Scandinavian Tobacco Group and has held several marketing roles within that organization. Stepan holds an MBA from London International Graduate School and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mendel University Brno.
