Paddy Lye

Paddy is our Chief Operating Officer and joined us in 2016. Paddy initially held the Change Director role developing the Bank’s project management and change planning capability. He now leads our Operations function responsible for Change, IT, Commercial Operations (Procurement and Facilities) and Portfolio Operations (operational support of product teams).

His previous role was with KPMG as a management consultant. In his 5 years at KPMG, Paddy focused financial services advisory services including digital transformation, market entry strategies and channel and customer experience consultancy.

Before KPMG Paddy spent 10 years working at Nationwide Building Society working across various channels and internal audit roles including working on one of the largest UK core banking programmes, procurement transformation and various IT and operational initiatives.
