Kayad Dualeh Bsc McSp

Kayad Dualeh BSc (Hons) MCSP currently serves as the Deputy Director of People and Culture focusing on Wellbeing, Health and Safety at British Transport Police, a position held since March 2023. Dualeh has a diverse background in clinical practice, having worked as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner in both general practice and at Bromley Healthcare CIC Ltd. Previous roles include Head of Occupational Health and Workforce Wellbeing at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Head of Frailty Transformation at Northern Care Alliance NHS Group. Educated at several institutions, Dualeh holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from St. George's, University of London, and postgraduate diplomas in Advanced Clinical Practice and Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services. Currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Exeter, Dualeh combines extensive clinical expertise with leadership in health and wellbeing initiatives.
