Alan Clark

Alan Clark is an experienced real estate professional with a robust background in property operations and asset management. Currently serving as Vice President of Property Operations and Vice President of Property Management at Brixmor Property Group since November 2020, Alan previously held senior management positions at Brookfield Properties and Rouse Properties, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing mall properties, coordinating development efforts, and enhancing financial performance across numerous assets. Alan also has a solid foundation in property management gained from extensive experience with GGP. Educationally, Alan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington.
