Associate Director, Lead Discovery And Profiling And Director Of Collaborative Screening

Jaime H. Cheah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in high-throughput screening and lead discovery, currently serving as Associate Director of Lead Discovery and Profiling and Director of Collaborative Screening at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard since August 2022. Previously, Jaime held the position of Director of the High Throughput Sciences Facility at MIT from April 2014 to June 2022, overseeing an open-access training facility and conducting assay development. Earlier roles included Research Scientist positions at the Broad Institute, focusing on profiling human cancer cell lines and collaborating with computational biology for data analysis. Jaime's background also includes contract work at Mersana Therapeutics, post-doctoral research at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, and graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, culminating in a Ph.D. in Neuroscience. Education was completed with a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from McGill University.
