Jean (JP) Leebrick IV

Jean (JP) Leebrick IV has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jean (JP) began their career as a Food and Beverage Attendant at AMF in 2008. Jean (JP) then worked as a Cashier at North Carolina State University and later as a Lead Cashier at CiCi's Pizza in 2009. In the same year, they joined Sears Holdings Corporation as a Sales Associate, where they excelled in providing customer service and upselling products.

In 2012, Jean transitioned to hhgregg, where they served as a Sales Manager for five years. In this role, they resolved customer complaints, trained staff, and maintained accurate sales and inventory records.

From 2017 to 2018, Jean worked at Best Buy, initially as a home theater sales consultant and then as a Smart Home Expert. Jean (JP) was responsible for attracting and retaining customers, increasing sales, and launching new product lines.

In 2018, Jean joined ADT as a Small Business Sales Representative, where they planned and implemented marketing and sales plans while expanding the customer base.

Jean then worked at Conn's HomePlus from 2019 to 2020, starting as a Sales Associate and quickly advancing to Third Key. In this role, they trained and supervised staff, conducted performance reviews, and identified areas for additional training.

Most recently, in 2021, Jean joined Broad River Retail d/b/a Ashley HomeStore as a Sales Manager- Sleep.

Throughout their career, Jean has consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, sales expertise, and leadership abilities.

Jean (JP) Leebrick IV obtained their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business from Louisburg College from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in November 2005.
