Melissa Ludwig

Melissa Ludwig serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), where extensive governance and board leadership experience is applied to educate local directors on critical topics. Melissa holds multiple board roles, including Vice Chair of the ALS Association Philadelphia Chapter and Chair of the Women in Leadership Committee at the Forum of Executive Women. As a strategic career advisor and executive coach, Melissa collaborates with entrepreneurs and executives to foster women's leadership advancement. Additionally, Melissa contributes to educational governance programming at the Drexel LeBow Raj & Kamla Gupta Governance Institute and teaches at the Villanova School of Business. Melissa's previous executive role at Macy's involved leading a 40-store portfolio, complemented by valuable board experience at CSS Industries and involvement in various organizations focused on entrepreneurship and community development.
