Sarah Kay Haney

Sarah Kay Haney is an accomplished professional in the field of materials science and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Substrate Technology Development at Broadcom Inc. since November 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Packaging Development Engineer at Avago Technologies, Sr. Process Engineer at Intel Corporation, and Research Scientist at Cree, where significant contributions were made in SiC power device optimization and fabrication. Early career experience involved work as an Engineering Technician at Kyma Technologies, focusing on bulk GaN and AlN growth. Sarah holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering with a concentration in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a BSc in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
