Cynthia Rizzi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR strategy, organizational design, and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Broadridge since May 2022, Cynthia Rizzi previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Broadridge Financial Solutions, where focus areas included change management and employee engagement. Prior experience includes Human Resources Director at Altice USA, where initiatives improved business efficiencies and established a performance-based culture, and over 15 years as Director of Human Resources at Ogilvy & Mather, supporting numerous teams with HR functions. Early career experience as a Human Resources Associate at Duke Energy involved recruitment and employee satisfaction analysis. Cynthia Rizzi holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
