Roopashri Vy

Roopashri VY currently serves as the Head of Learning & Development for India at Broadridge, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Roopashri worked at Dell EMC from September 2015 to April 2022 in various roles within Global Leadership and Top Talent Development, focusing on signature programs for experienced leaders and high potentials, as well as directing learning initiatives for Engineering & Global Services. Roopashri's earlier experience includes a tenure at EMC from April 2006 to September 2015 as a Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion partner, championing hiring practices and D&I awareness. Roopashri's career began at Dell International Services from 2002 to 2005 as a Technical Support Specialist, where Roopashri advanced to a Team Support Specialist role. Roopashri holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from BLDEA, completed in 2000.
