Kate Davis

Kate Davis is the President and Portfolio Manager of Broadstone. Prior to joining Broadstone, Kate was a Principal at Radcliffe Capital LLC, where they served as a strategic advisor and interim CEO for a private-equity fund platform. Kate has also worked as an independent valuation consultant for the board of directors of a daily-NAV fund.

Kate has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Kate began their career as an analyst at JMB Realty and then worked as a portfolio manager at Pimco. In August 2017, Kate joined Broadstone Real Estate as President and Portfolio Manager. In this role, they were responsible for launching and managing the Broadstone Real Estate Access Fund (BDREX). Kate successfully grew BDREX and oversaw its acquisition by Benefit Street Partners in February 2020.

Kate is a thought leader in the real estate industry and is regularly published and invited to speak at conferences. Kate holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Kate Davis has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a focus in finance, strategic management, and entrepreneurship. Kate also has a degree from NYU's School of Continuing and Professional Studies in real estate finance, capital markets, and real estate development. Lastly, they have a BS in finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Kate Davis reports to Christopher J. Czarnecki, President & CEO. They work with Jim Lessard - SVP, Asset Management, Molly Kelly Wiegel - SVP, HR, and Christopher Brodhead - Senior Vice President, Investor Relations.
