Earl T. Young

Earl T. Young is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in credit and risk management. Currently serving as Chief Credit Officer at Broadview Federal Credit Union since August 2022, Earl has previously held the position of Chief Risk Officer at SEFCU from November 2014 to August 2022 and at Desert Schools Federal Credit Union from November 2009 to December 2014. Additional roles include Chief Credit and Operations Officer at Farmington Savings Bank, Chief Commercial Banking Officer at American Savings Bank, Chief Lending Officer at American Bank of CT, Senior Lender - SVP at People's Savings Bank & Trust, and VP - Marketing & Business Development at CenterBank. Earl T. Young holds a BA in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of New Haven.
