Matt Laporte

Matt LaPorte currently serves as the District Director of Sales at Brookdale, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Matt was with Arrow Senior Living Management from April 2015 to February 2023, where various positions included Regional Project Director, Project Director of Internal Operations, Regional Sales Director, and Regional Talent Acquisition. During this time, Arrow Senior Living developed a strong reputation in the senior housing industry. From February 2012 to April 2015, Matt held the positions of Area Sales Leader and Community Sales Leader at Holiday Retirement, contributing to the well-being of seniors across over 300 communities. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at Empire Ranch Golf Course/Carson City Plaza Hotel and Conference Center, AGM at Lake Tahoe Golf Course with American Golf Corporation, and General Manager at Sunridge Golf Course. Matt LaPorte graduated with a diploma in College Prep from St. Charles High School and attended Saginaw Valley State University from 1996 to 1999.
