Karen Spahn

Karen Spahn has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Customer Guide at Brookfield Residential since December 2019. Previously, Karen worked as a Realtor® at Reliance Residential Realty and as a Realtor at JBGoodwin REALTORS. Earlier roles include an instructional aide at Comal ISD and various positions at Lincoln Property Company, culminating as a Business Manager, with additional experience as a Leasing Consultant and Assistant Manager. Karen began their career in real estate with Evans Realty Property Management & Sales as a Leasing Consultant. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas A&M University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
