Lauren O'Kane

Lauren O'Kane is an experienced professional in sustainability and project management, currently serving as the Sr. Projects & Process Manager for Sustainability at Brooks Running since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions including Sr. Manager of Portfolio Management at Ball Corporation, where responsibilities included managing over $25 million in sustainability projects and developing standardized documentation for project approvals. At Charter Communications, Lauren managed the Technology Portfolio and enhanced the Unified Intake process, while at Walgreens, Lauren oversaw the Operations Portfolio and implemented enterprise-wide governance processes. Lauren began her career as a Sustainability Analyst for the City of Monona and gained valuable experience through roles at TerraLocke Sustainability Consulting and the Wisconsin Sustainable Business Council. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Sustainable Business from the University of Colorado and a BA in Economics and Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
