Andrea Ciaravino

Andrea Ciaravino, LMHC, currently serves as the Employee Assistance Program Coordinator at Broward Health, where responsibilities include overseeing the Employee Assistance Program and responding to psychiatric emergencies. Previously, Ciaravino provided independent mental health services as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Dimensions of Wellness, LLC, and coordinated patient assessments at UHS- Fort Lauderdale Hospital. Prior professional experience includes roles in human resources at Cushman & Wakefield, The Polo Club of Boca Raton, and Boca West Country Club. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from Lynn University, alongside a professional certification in Human Resources from SHRM.
