Kolby Scott

Kolby Scott is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business development and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Strategist at Brown Advisory since January 2015, Kolby has progressively advanced through various roles including Business Development Strategist, Office and Events Manager, and Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Prior to this, Kolby gained experience as an HR Specialist at Mary Kraft Staffing and HR Solutions and held multiple positions at Maryland Live Casino, including Communications Coordinator and Human Resources Generalist.
