Albert L. Perez, P.E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water and wastewater utility management and business development. Currently, Albert serves as the Vice President and Southeast Growth Leader at Brown and Caldwell, a role focused on advancing sales programs and strategic growth initiatives in the Southeast region. Prior to this, Albert was the Florida-Gulf Coast Area Leader at Brown and Caldwell, overseeing operations for seven offices. Albert's experience includes significant executive roles with the City of Hollywood, Florida, as Director of Public Utilities, managing a 300-employee department and an annual budget exceeding $120 million, and with the City of North Miami Beach as Assistant Director of Public Services. Albert also worked as a Senior Engineer and Client Service Manager at MWH, where expertise in water treatment process design and management consulting was developed. Albert holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.
