Alexa Baggio

Alexa Baggio is an entrepreneur and leader in the InsurTech and human resources sectors. Currently serving as CEO and Founder of Stealth Co and as the Founder and Principal of Kolective HR, Alexa also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for Fresh Tri and as a Guest Lecturer and Team Mentor at Brown University. In addition, Alexa holds a position on the Board of Directors for the New England Employee Benefits Council and previously created and co-hosted the People Problems Pod. Notably, Alexa founded Showcase™, which was acquired in 2023, and served as Founder and CEO of PERKS Convention LLC until 2022. Prior experience includes co-founding 2020 On-site and hosting the Growth Stage Podcast. Alexa earned a B.A. with Honors in Commerce, Organizations and Entrepreneurship from Brown University.
