Human Resources Business Partner at BrownGreer

Jaclyn originally joined BrownGreer in 2010 as a Claims Reviewer for the Gulf Coast Claims Facility after earning her B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University. Since then, she has worked as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, and is currently a Human Resources Business Partner. Jaclyn has overseen the implementation of eligibility and payment criteria, development of notices and claim review screens, and the creation of reports to assess status and progress for settlements involving lost income, consumer protection, and product liability.

In her current role, Jaclyn uses her program and management experience along with her data analytic skills, to assist the HR team in areas of talent management, employee relations, staffing and recruitment, benefits administration and planning, and training.
