Previously, Santosh held the role of Global Director of Technology for Mergers & Acquisitions at NielsenIQ, overseeing significant technology initiatives and integrations. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Nielsen Company, where achievements spanned managing diversity initiatives and directing M&A efforts, and roles within Sustany Foundation and PMI Tampa Bay, emphasizing community engagement and professional development. Santosh holds a Master's in Ecommerce and an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University and a Bachelor's in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma, complemented by executive education in diverse leadership from Emory University.
