Karly Crewe possesses extensive experience in talent management and leadership development, holding senior roles at BT Group, including Senior Manager for Talent, Performance & Early and Entry Careers and Global Learning, Leadership & Culture Lead. Karly has also served as Head of Global Talent at Solera, Inc. and held various leadership positions at BT, focusing on leadership, learning, and talent management across the Americas. Additionally, Karly has worked as a Talent Management Consultant for various companies and as an HR Business Partner at AXA Tech. Karly holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Rice University.
