Allison Kirkby

Allison Kirkby is an independent non-executive director at BT. Allison has also previously served as the President & Group CEO of TDC Group, Reach for Change, Tele2, and Greggs. In addition, they have been an advisor at 21st Century Fox and is currently a trustee at In Kind Direct.

Allison Kirkby began their career in finance, serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Shine Group and later as the Executive Director Finance Operations & Transformation at Virgin Media. In 2013, they took on their first role as a board member at Greggs. The following year, they became the President & Group CEO of Tele2.

In 2015, Kirkby joined Reach for Change as a board member. Allison served in this role until 2018 when they became the President & Group CEO of TDC Group. Allison held this position until 2019 when they left to pursue other interests.

Allison Kirkby is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and an Executive in Residence at Copenhagen Business School. Allison is also a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University.
