David Luckes

Director of Institutional Services at Buckingham Group

David Luckes is the current Director of Institutional Services at BUCKINGHAM ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC. David has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry.

David started their career in 2001 as the President and CEO of Greater Saint Louis Community Foundation. David was responsible for leading the Community Foundation and helping St. Louisans with charitable giving. During their tenure, they secured more than $200 million in new assets and made over $130 million in grants.

In 2011, David joined Merrill Lynch as a Sr. Financial Analyst. In this role, they helped a select group of 24 families navigate their wealth with confidence. David provided them with the leadership and support necessary to develop a clear, disciplined, and holistic approach to managing their wealth.

David has been with BUCKINGHAM ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC since December 2014 and currently serves as the Director of Institutional Services.

David Luckes has a MBA in Management Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Philosophy from Northwestern University.

David Luckes works with Wendy Hartman - President & Director, Buckingham Strategic Wealth, Larry Swedroe - Chief Research Officer, Buckingham Wealth Partners, and Jeffrey Levine - Director, Advanced Planning, Buckingham Wealth Partners. David Luckes reports to Adam Birenbaum, CEO & Chairman.
