Shirley Xu serves as the Senior Global Talent Attraction Manager at Budweiser Brewing Company APAC since July 2022, focusing on APAC talent acquisition strategies, senior talent pool management, and global early career programs while driving innovation in talent acquisition through digital transformations. Previously, Shirley held the role of Talent Acquisition Partner for the nutrition sector at Nestlé from October 2020 to July 2022, overseeing hiring across various functions. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Tidalwave Solutions from January 2017 to October 2020, specializing in executive search for private equity and venture capital, and a Management Trainee in Corporate Controlling and Finance at L'Oreal China from January 2013 to January 2015. Shirley Xu earned a Bachelor of Finance, double majoring in Finance and Accounting from the University of Miami between 2008 and 2012.
