Silvia Marra

Silvia Marra is an accomplished coach, trainer, and speaker specializing in entrepreneurial development and coaching, with extensive experience at Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and Ministerio de Producción de la Nación since 2015 and 2016, respectively. As the founder and director of SINPAUSA, Silvia has developed a consulting system focused on organizational happiness and innovative learning experiences. Additionally, Silvia established Aprendizajes Basados en Arte™, which integrates artistic disciplines to enhance workplace skills. A former actress and dancer with a rich background in theater and tango, Silvia combines artistic expression with professional training. Educational credentials include certifications in happiness coaching and organizational happiness from the University of California, Berkeley and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
