Jessica Bussey

Jessica Bussey has over a decade of experience in organizational development and eLearning, currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Development Programs & eLearning at Builders FirstSource since March 2010. In this role, Jessica creates engaging online training modules, converts them into instructor-led facilitation guides, and collaborates with the executive safety and compliance team to ensure training relevance. Jessica has effectively managed multiple design projects while overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS). Previous roles at Builders FirstSource include Business Analyst and Oracle Training Design Intern, where Jessica developed training tools and managed communications for software implementation. Prior to this, Jessica was an Office Manager at Essential Control Systems, overseeing operations and customer service. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder.
