Roni Gaon

Roni Gaon currently serves as the Director of Customer Excellence at Buildots since November 2025. Previously, Roni held several senior roles at Rapyd from October 2020 to November 2025, including Director of Customer Delivery (Onboarding), where the Customer Onboarding function was established, and the customer journey was redesigned across various segments. Roni also served as Group Leader Global Account Management, leading a team overseeing a diverse global customer portfolio, and successfully managed customer transitions during mergers and acquisitions. Earlier experience includes roles at BE ALL and service as a Welfare Officer in the Israel Defense Forces. Roni's educational background includes studies at Reichman University.
